Group Configuration

OBJECTIVE

The Group Configuration option is used to create groups of users that are used in the assignment list in Document Management.

 

The groups created can be associated with users in Security Management, Access Restrictions tab.

Create a group

  1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

 

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

Field

Description

Group code

Code that identifies the group of users.

NOTE: The code cannot be a numeric value.

French Description

French description that identifies the group of users.

English Description

English description that identifies the group of users.

  1. Click Save.
